I was very excited to get my hands on this book the forth in the Blue Bloods series. I consider the Blue Bloods series to be one of the best young adult vampire series and one of my personal favorite series. I was unfortunately disappointed upon reading this book. I had to push myself very had to finish it when in the past I'd power through the other books in the series. The pace of the story is very slow and dull. Each chapter switches between three characters Schuyler, Mimi and Bliss, I found myself bored with Schuyler and Mimi's chapters finding only Bliss's interesting seeing how she dealt with
